The Plan is an extensive checklist that the technician will abide by when visiting every other month.
Pressure Washing and Winterizing serve as additions to The Plan, and cannot be purchased by themselves.
Clean bathroom fan grills
Inspect/Descale humidifier water panel
Inspect/Clean heat exchanger filters
Fill/Replace softener salt & furnace filter
Tighten knobs, handles, hinges throughout house
Inspect all sinks for signs of water damage
Clean tankless water heater filter
Inspect/Clean gutters (one session per year)
Visually inspect roof & foundation
Install fallen window or door screens
Inspect/Cover exterior hose bibs
Inspection of minor exterior issues (caulk repairs, insects, etc)
Lubricate garage door hinges, etc.
Check pilot light
Clean kitchen fan & hood
Clean dryer vents twice per year
Change hard to reach lightbulbs
Exercise GFCI outlets
Clean traps, drains, & sediment filters
